Single Adult Ministries The Memphis Conference Single Adult Ministry (McSam) is a singles group sponsored by the Memphis Conference of the United Methodist Church and is open to single Christians of ALL denominations. McSam is not a match-making singles group but rather a fellowship building group for all ages. McSam sponsors two retreats a year in the fall and spring at Lakeshore United Methodist Camp, Eva, TN.
