Tech Shop through United Methodist Communications has a core set of vendors  with substantial (25-50%) discounts for hardware and software from the vendors.  CDW where UMITA met last year is the administrator of these purchases and licenses, and handles the discounts for The United Methodist Church.  The Tech Shop is at www.umcom.org/techshop
